Viewing profile - Emile Fuschia
Emile wears a white coat befitting of his doctor theme, but otherwise wears rather casual clothes since he’s only a trainee healer. Usually, he’ll be seen with a plain yellow shirt, red pants and black combat boots. As an accessory, he has a game controller token hanging from his neck by a red lanyard, as well as a stethoscope that can monitor a person’s condition.

Emile has jet black hair that falls down to his neck and is rather messy; and hazel eyes that flash pink when swapping to his gaming persona, though no change can be seen in them when he changes back to his normal persona. His skin isn’t fair, but not tan either, and his build is rather slim though not scrawny.
Emile can be seen as timid in regards to his ability to help people. As a normal person, his knowledge in first-aid and medical treatments is outshined only by slight clumsiness due to this timid nature.
As a gamer, however, Emile shows great confidence in clearing any kind of game that crosses his path. In extension to treating combat like a game, he knows that he and the people around him only have one life to ‘play’ with before it’s ‘game over’, so he handles situations in that way by helping others despite also ‘playing’ competitively when it calls for it.
Born in Atlas, Emile came from a rather privileged family of medical specialists. Both of his parents were adept healers, able to use Dust to treat injuries where Aura couldn’t help, and they had high hopes for Emile to follow in their footsteps. Despite admiring their abilities to help people, however, Emile found a particular skill in the world of video gaming. As much as his parents tried to nurture him to develop a healing Semblance, the gaming side of Emile dominated and created a different behavior within him. Despite his Semblance allowing him to help others, it also causes him to treat everything like it’s a video game.
Emile moved to Vale when his parents decided that his skill could be put to use where it was really needed, attending Signal where he both honed in on his combat, his medical skills, and also his video gaming, of which he took more seriously than any of the other things. Since Emile’s semblance only works with his gaming persona, he had trained himself to use a keyphrase to activate so he could help those that needed him.
After his training at Signal had finished, despite his parents wanting him to move back to Atlas, Emile stayed in Vale and decided to attend Beacon.
Healing Buster is a large mallet-type weapon with a rather peculiar design. As a mallet, it has no other function besides whacking enemies when they get near him. What’s peculiar about it is that it has two buttons labelled ‘A’ and ‘B’ on it: ‘A’ engages the sword mode of it, while the ‘B’ button activates an attack feature that allows multiple enemies to be hit without fail.
‘Level Up!’ is the keyphrase that activates both the gaming persona and Emile’s Semblance that allows him to heal others when they’re hurt, as well as strengthen them as if they were ‘leveling up’ their capabilities.
Emile shows great confidence when in his gaming persona or when playing a game himself. He also has great knowledge in medical treatments and general first-aid.
Despite having such great skills, his clumsiness often gets in the way unless he’s in his gaming persona. The gaming persona itself is a weakness too, as often he’ll become more competitive when fighting with others.
Video games, helping others.
His own clumsiness, other ‘competitors’, losing a game.
